Quote inquiries and drawings
We use the contact details, project information and drawings you submit to review your request and communicate with you about it. Our website runs on Vercel. Drawing uploads are stored privately, and our email service delivers the inquiry to our quote team with private download links. Anyone holding a download link can use it until it expires, so please keep those links private.
Upload retention
Drawing download links expire after 30 days. Uploaded files associated with a submitted request are scheduled for deletion from website storage after 31 days; unfinished uploads are scheduled for deletion after 24 hours. Daily cleanup means deletion may occur up to one day later. Copies downloaded for quotation or sent directly by email are separate from website storage.
Website analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand page visits and contact actions. Our custom events record the page or service involved and the number of drawings submitted. They do not include your name, email address, message, drawing names or file contents. The browser integration removes URL query parameters and honors the browser’s Do Not Track setting.
