Prefabricated piping module
Stainless piping module fabricated and pressure tested in the shop, shipped as one skid.
Carbon steel, stainless steel and specialty alloy pipe spools for U.S. process piping projects, with inspection and documentation to your specification.

Rigid Welding fabricates pipe spools from project drawings and isometrics, bringing pipe, fittings and flanges together into assemblies ready for the next stage of installation. We work in carbon steel, stainless steel and specialty alloys. The applicable ASME B31 requirements, welding procedures, inspection scope and documentation are reviewed against your project specification before fabrication.
A spool package needs more than an overall pipe route. Identify the individual assemblies, connection points and drawing revisions so the fabrication scope can be compared against your installation plan. State which materials and components you will supply and which you want included in the quotation. If drawings are still being developed, identify the open dimensions or design decisions when you submit them.
The required examination and testing depend on the piping code and your project specification. Include the inspection and test plan with your RFQ where available, including witness or hold points and any customer review requirements. This lets the quotation account for the required inspections and records before production starts.
Tell us how the spools fit into your wider piping package. Flag field-weld connections, mating equipment and any dimensions that need confirmation before release. Include the delivery destination and whether the order has multiple delivery stages. We review these requirements with the drawings and confirm the quoted scope and schedule with your team. For piping supplied as part of a framed assembly, our process skid fabrication service covers the related module and equipment-frame scope.
Upload the current isometrics or fabrication drawings and include quantities, pipe sizes and schedules, material grades, applicable project specifications, inspection requirements and the required delivery date. Note any dimensions or design decisions that are still open.
Yes. Our process piping capabilities include stainless steel, carbon steel and specialty alloys. Include the required grades, pipe schedule and service requirements so we can review the material and welding scope for your package.
The examination and testing scope is defined by the applicable code, project specification and agreed inspection plan. Include your requirements with the RFQ so the quotation identifies the testing, records and review points included.
Our engineering capabilities include construction drawings, material selection and joint design. Send the information you have and identify the gaps so we can review what engineering work is needed before fabrication.
