What is a manufacturing data package?

The document set delivered with the finished equipment: material traceability, weld maps and records, inspection and NDE reports and pressure test records, compiled to your specification.

What does material traceability mean?

Each pressure-retaining component can be traced back to its material test report and heat number, so the material in the finished equipment can be verified against the specification.

How is NDE handled?

We coordinate nondestructive examination, such as radiographic, ultrasonic, magnetic particle or liquid penetrant testing, to the inspection and test plan. The reports are included in the data package.
